Hi, I'm Leah, a product designer who turns complex, uncertain moments into products people trust.

I design digital experiences that reduce friction, ease uncertainty, and make everyday decisions feel more intuitive.

Web · Conversion

Scaling for trust & conversion

A pet-care startup was losing first-time visitors before they booked. I designed a trust-building booking lifecycle and new marketing pages, annotated for engineers so the design intent shipped intact.

Mobile · Social · 0→1

From scattered recipes to shared dinners

Planning meals with friends is buried in chaotic group chats. I designed a social cooking app end to end (IA, flows, UI kit, and brand) and ran two rounds of testing to shape it.

Designing payment confidence

Sending money to the wrong person is easy and irreversible. I researched that anxiety and designed a recipient-confirmation step, tested across two rounds, so people feel sure before they send.

About

Portrait of Leah

Nice to meet you! I'm Leah.

My career path has been anything but linear, but every chapter has shaped how I approach design today. Before college, much of my time was spent building my design portfolio and honing my craft, which eventually led me to Art Center College of Design where I majored in Product Design (industrial design). My foundation there has shaped the way I think about problem-solving, form, and function.

Over time, I went on to build a career in legal operations. That experience sharpened skills that deeply influence how I design today: navigating complexity, organizing systems, thinking critically, advocating for people, and paying close attention to detail. It taught me how to balance structure with adaptability and how to approach challenges with empathy and precision.

Even through that chapter, design never left. Now, I've made my way back to my first creative passion.

As a designer, I'm adaptable, analytical, and deeply empathetic. I care about creating experiences that not only look beautiful but work beautifully. I believe the best design starts with understanding people, and every decision I make is grounded in research, guided by function, and centered around the user.

Let's build what's next.
